Subscription

By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees according to the stated terms. Access to a site directly linked to CAVi is not transferable or sublicensable. CAVi remains the sole administrator of its page. Only websites with a domain name purchased on an external platform may receive access to the internal functionalities of said site and administrator access.

Use of the platform
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Platform in any manner that is abusive, fraudulent or contrary to our policies.

In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Platform. CAVi is not responsible for modifications to the external website made by a third party, nor for any errors or failures or direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential damages of the latter. CAVi is hosted by Wix.com. You agree to be bound by Wix.com's terms of use.

Modification of conditions
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Modifications will take effect as soon as they are published on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
